What We’re Looking For:
Someone who is:
Experienced, innovative and collaborative, with a passion for developing visually compelling and impactful creative executions.
Someone who is not:
Egotistical, close-minded or inflexible, nor do you pretend to already have all the answers.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms, including print, digital, social media, and video
- Collaborate with the creative team, account managers, and clients to ensure projects are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget
- Lead and mentor junior creative team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering an environment of growth and continuous learning
- Present creative concepts to clients, articulating the rationale behind the designs and ensuring alignment with the client’s objectives and brand identity
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to consistently deliver innovative and effective creative solutions
- Impressive portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and a wide range of design styles and mediums
- A passion for design and working with a team to create great work
- 4+ years of experience in a creative role within an agency or in-house setting, with a focus on art direction
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and other design software
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients and internal teams
- A deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and the creative process
- Experience with video editing and/or motion graphics software is a plus
