We’re looking for somebody willing to own three important areas of responsibility: finance, human resources, and facility management. It’s one of the most important jobs in our agency and it requires just the right mix of attention to detail, self-confidence, and friendliness.

As Cayenne’s Operations Manager, you will be tasked, not only with providing accurate bookkeeping, but also with offering up key financial insights to the agency owners. While our human resources needs aren’t great, you’ll be that helpful go-to who guides employees to information they need regarding benefits, payroll, and other HR-related functions. Lastly, you’ll help us keep our extraordinarily cool workspace up to snuff by helping us order key supplies and services.


There is opportunity for growth. While the Operations Manager is currently not a Director position in the agency, we do expect it to grow into such. Currently the job responsibilities are as follows:

Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience: 4-Year College Degree Preferred

Minimum three to five years of bookkeeping experience
