We’re currently looking for a highly skilled Digital Art Director with a strong focus on motion graphics and multimedia.
You are: An expert in creating visually stunning and engaging content for various digital platforms.
You are not: Egotistical, close-minded or inflexible, nor do you pretend to already have all the answers.
- Lead and manage the creative development of motion graphics, animations, and multimedia content for social media, video production, podcasts, website design, and emerging media projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including strategists, copywriters, and account managers, to develop and execute innovative and impactful creative concepts.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Cayenne team members, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain design standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all digital channels.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements in digital design, motion graphics, and multimedia, incorporating new ideas and techniques into our creative solutions.
- Continuously optimize and refine our creative processes to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
- Present creative concepts and designs to internal teams and clients, effectively communicating the rationale behind design choices.
- A passion for developing breakthrough creative solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Digital Art Director or similar role, with a focus on motion graphics and multimedia.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and web design best practices.
- Proven experience in creating engaging and visually appealing content for various digital platforms, including social media, video, and podcasts.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and design rationale effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Passion for staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
